We are looking for someone to move in a 3 bedroom flat
Very spacious, tidy with balcony and garden, decent size living room, with fully fitted kitchen shared clean bathroom and spare utility room.

Flat is located short walk from Norbury British Rail (quick rail connections with Tube at Balham and direct to London Bridge, Victoria or Waterloo through Clapham Junction) and couple minutes from all local amenities with shops likes of Sommerfield, Tesco, Iceland or Lidl.. few pubs and restaurants. Also there is a gym next door – Nuffield Health Club ...definitely for someone who likes keeping themself fit plus loads of free parking space.
