2-I will prepare your accounts in peachtree or any accounting software.you also have the same software on which I work.
3-I send you a backup file by email.
4-You restore the data and find the Balance sheet,Trial Balance,Income statement,Bank reconcilation,stock,Account receiveable,Account Payable,Ledger Accounts,General Journal entries and any thing you required.

I am doing same practice and maintaining the accounts of a construction company and a petrol pump.
I am doing M.Phil in European Studies from Karachi University and have Master degree in Economics and Bachelor Degree in Commerce from the same university.I have more than 12 years practical experience in Educational institute and in a construction company.
