Description

We are looking to rent a 3/4 bedroom house in a nice quiet area with large rear garden in the blackburn lancs area or surrounding,im not interested in renting where all bills are included.I will soon be starting work,just in the process of waiting for my CRB clearance to come back, and will presumably be getting help towards my rent costs.Im not in a position to pay a deposit but i am willing to pay by installments for the right property.Long tenancy wanted and can provide a character reference,we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children and 1 cat.
