Blondee a 6-piece that play and perform like the real thing. Whether it’s the pure pop of Sunday Girl, the reggae-influenced ‘The Tide is High’, the disco-beat of Heart of Glass or one of the bands early punk tunes like X-Offender, Blondee are authentic, dynamic and lots of fun.
The band is fronted by the charismatic Dee, who eerily reproduces Debbie Harry’s vocals and ‘don’t mess with me’ attitude. Strutting around the stage in some of Debbie’s trashiest, sexiest outfits, Dee provides the perfect focal point for the band onstage. The bands set-list can be tailored to fit any venue or event and Dee makes one costume change mid-show - though more can be negotiated by agreement.
As one of the only tribute bands to incorporate the full Blondie line up of two guitars, bass, drums and keyboards, Blondee's sound is guaranteed to get any venue rocking.
So, if you need a band to deliver a high-energy show that will have you singing and dancing until you drop, Blondee are the band you should be calling.
