Our client is a unique organisation combining industry leading expertise in direct marketing, analysis, interactive, mobile and data management to provide clients with a true cross-channel marketing capability.
To support a range of new business wins and acquisitions they are looking for a vibrant, intelligent and dedicated person to join their growing client services team.
In addition to cross channel work, the successful applicant will work closely with management to continue the growth of the interactive offering.
Required skill and experience :
* Strong customer facing skills developed and perfected from at least 3 years account management experience either in an agency or marketing service provider.
* A detailed knowledge of online marketing including:
o Web design and development
o Online creative and design
o Search engine marketing
o Creative strategy
o Email marketing
* Proven capability to grow accounts through proactive management.
* Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and liase effectively with our clients and partners.
Highly organised and motivated with strong management, negotiation and relationship building skills.
* Past experience within the telecommunications, technology or retail sectors.
* Project management experience ideally supported by formal qualifications.
Online advertising and search engine marketing skills.
