15 Year Old, Very Experienced Rider & Handler, part-time position, I am seeking a job working with horses around the Amesbury in Wiltshire area, I have had nearly 2 years experience working on a local farm with many horses and ponies inluding, a 17.2hh shire, two shetlands, three extremely rare eriskay foals, two broodmares and two stallions. During my time at the farm I have learnt all basic stable management, and some illnesses to look out for and have first hand breeding expererience. I know about laminitis, colic, cribbing, weaving and windsucking. I have handled all ponies including two bucking, rearing, kicking and biting stallions. I have recently help break the latest foal in to halter. A recent skill I have added to my list of expereince with horses is riding, I can do all gaits and jump up to 3ft.
