Description
Experienced carer / PA offers personal care, practical help and support to adults and elderly people who are physically disabled or suffering from age related disease ( Alzheimer, dementia), in their own home .
I have a flexible approach to your individual needs, helping you maintain your independence and preserve your quality of life.
Daily tasks and assistance includes:
• Personal care ( assistance to get up or go to bed, to get washed or get dressed )
• Help with domestic duties ( laundry, cleaning, shopping, preparing meals )
• Accompanying clients to GP and out –patient appointments.
• Arranging and providing outings
• Collection of prescriptions
• Any other duties for request
I can provide these services strictly on self-employed basis, I am also CRB checked and can provide references on request.
