At 16.38 lbs this is one of the lighter bikes out there that still offer the durability and strength to put up with day in and day out mileage. It is an astonishing machine in both terms of performance envelope and appearance. It has all the technical details that make up the essential Colonago. Nothing, and I mean NOTHING performs like a Colnago C-40! From the ride quality to the efficient way this bike puts the power to the ground, this is a bike for the perfectionist. The entire bike is flawless! Not a scratch or paint imperfection on the frame or fork and only the most subtle of blemish can be found on any of the bikes top fo the line components. Small (and I do mean tiny) scuffing to the right side shifter is the only real mark to be found anywhere. The front tire has some mileage on it so its showing some age (rear is near new) This bike is so clean you could eat off of it! And I do mean that LITERALLY!
