Description
*Completed Four Days Ahead of Schedule*
S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd began their new two storey side extension in Bexley, Kent on the 27th April 2009 and estimated that it would be completed within 12 weeks of commencement on the 17th July 2009. Scott Berry, the proprietor, has a reputation for delivering an excellent Building Service at an affordable price, completing on time and on budget.
S M Berry Building Contractors Ltd posted photographs each day on their website – www.smberrybuilding.com- of the progress that they made. Despite two Bank Holiday weekends and some torrential rain, they were still able to complete within the allotted time, in fact they finished 4 days ahead of schedule - including extras!!
Scott Berry and his two sons, Elliot and Jed, had completed the external construction at the end of week six and on week seven they began the internal works on the first floor of the extension.
