The villa is 2-storey and is perfect condition. One the first floor there are two rooms and a bathroom with toilet. The flooring is wooden as well as the windowing which gives to the house very pleasant look. Internal stairs leads to the second floor where other two rooms a situated. The floor here is not wooden but linoleum which could be changed easily if you don’t like it. The windowing is also wooden.
The second house is a two-storey old building which needs refurbishment and proper furnishing. The first floor is at the moment used as a store and on the second floor there are three rooms which are not furnished but have wooden flooring and windowing. Additional there is a summer kitchen with a premise used for as store.
The third house is a small one-storey building with two rooms and it can be used as a guest house. The garden is really huge and very well maintained.
