The way we work is to your benefit
1) You call, email or use our online estimate form regarding any kind of project that you require to your property, from the smallest job such as a leaky tap, to the construction of a extension adjacent your house.
2) We will then process your requirements and submit to you by email or post an itemised report of materials and labour costs, a job specification and estimate.
3) At your convenience we will then arrange an appointment for a tradesman,interior designer or specialist depending on the project required to examine and inspect your property to take relevant details including, measurements, notes and directions from you.
4) The next stage, depending on the scale of the project to undertake, we will forward to you.
a) Proposal including a detailed quotation,
b) Schedule on how the work is to be carried out.
c) Materials and Labour Costings (Revised).
d) Job Specification (Revised).
5) If you are happy with the proposal and quotaion, an arrangement can be made to begin the project. It’s simple. finally, We will then deploy a team of experienced professional builders, carpenter's, plasterer's, electrician's, engineer, plumber's and painter's and decorator's on site to start the project.
