Description
You will handle national and international customer service queries via live chat, e-mail and phone. Along with technical, website related and design specific questions to answer. You will also support our customers while placing orders and introduce them to our ever expanding product range. Processing customer wishes, complaint management etc also relate to your daily tasks. Basically your final target is satisfied customers.
Your profile:
- Experience in customer oriented environment is crucial
- Knowledge in Graphic Design and Print industry would be an advantage
- Willing to improve your skills on technical knowledge
- Quick learner, customer oriented and independent thinking
- Self initiative, engagement and self motivated, team player
- Exceptional communicator (verbal and written form)
- Pleasant voice / clear pronunciation
