Expert Teacher give free lessons only for ladies/teenagers at his own place located in Finsbury Park, the training will be organized with groups made up of 2 or 3 maximum persons, the complete course will take three months, more or less it depends by the frequency of meetings, to get information about it please write me at this e/mail address : bro_79hotmail.it, you have to specify if you are already expert in any specific sport plus further information about it, this course is focused on giving you a good competence about self defend against aggressions and violence abuse, so please give me useful details about your photo,height, weight and others information you consider I have to know.
I’m offering you seriousness and experience with a basic English spoken , the courses will be organized taking considerations of your availability but often after 5.30 pm.
