Lead and provide strategic direction to a team of senior managers and executives to achieve the Marketing and Sales division’s goals and budgets for Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Orchestrate and implement all aspects of the marketing programs for both the airline and airport business units within EMEA. Responsible for securing annual revenue targets for the EMEA Region's Business Units. Active participation in the bid and proposals activities, working closely with the senior managers for successful tender closure. Identifying potential customers and opportunities and interfacing with potential customers to discuss requirements, schedules and capabilities. Interfacing with industry personnel to develop teaming and or partnering relationships to support business needs. Support the Business Units in their customer interface to ensure customer satisfaction. Working with existing customers to maintain or grow existing contracts. Support the Managing Director of EMEA and work closely with the Directors of Operations and the Corporate Headquarters’ team on all the marketing related functions.
