A great opportunity has arisen to join a small but enthusiastic team at our stunning Bolton showroom. We are looking for a person who has a friendly approachable manner who enjoys selling and has a desire to earn lots of money doing so. You will need to be able to relate to a wide variety of people, as a bathroom purchase is a big financial commitment for most of our customers. You will manage your customer’s requirements through the complete process from initial design right through to delivery. As a franchise, we handle all our own products, so all staff are expected to take part in warehousing and deliveries, therefore some lifting work will be required on occasion. This means that in addition to consistently achieving your own sales targets you will need to work well as a member of the team. The successful applicant must possess good organisational skills, be a self-starter and have a certain aptitude for technical understanding. Use of computer software for designing bathrooms and managing orders is an essential part of the work (full training will be given!), so a good level of IT competence, accuracy and correct English is expected. Bathroom sales experience would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided. A full clean driving licence is required. Please note we are open 7 days a week, therefore sales staff need to work most weekends, with days off taken during the week.
