P/T FILING CLERK - BDO

JOB OVERVIEW

This part-time position (15 hours per week) based within the Tax Department in the Glasgow office and will last for a period of 26 weeks (to cover maternity leave).

This is a junior position, maintaining the filing system for a department of 14 staff.


KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain filing system to ensure that filing is up to date.
- Photocopying.
- Send outgoing faxes.
