Overview
To provide sales advice and support to partners and staff in the RBC to help increase profitable revenues. To focus activity on winning new business from high value targets and existing strategic clients through leveraging the Firm’s national sector teams, local marketplace analysis and other Centres of Excellence to ensure knowledge and capability is maximised. To utilise key account management and client satisfaction approaches locally for expansion of existing client relationships.
To ensure local support of national and regional market planning, communications and brand activity, and to help develop and implement the MSC plan for the (RBC) region in line with our UK marketing objectives. Help to monitor its effectiveness through revenue generation and pipeline management, communicating successes/learning points to the partner group.
