Overview
To establish a successful key account management programme for () clients of the firm using established methodology.
- Be an expert in the BDO Stoy Hayward key account process and planning methodology, able to advise and drive the team’s focus on achieving the plan’s targets.
- Be a source of information and insight on the client, their business, their views of BDO Stoy Hayward and their needs to be able to help the team and marketing/BD meet client expectations.
- Be a key team member, prepared to build relationships within the Client and identify where relationship strategies need augmentation/support. Ultimately this will be a client facing role
- Be an expert source of BDO Stoy Hayward customer insight and needs in this sector/market.
