Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Glossary updates: basic programming and testing. Use of MS Word to build templates.
· Assist with IT development: testing of software upgrades and compatibility (The Technical Manager would establish parameter of test programme)
· Compliance system: administrative work, logging data into excel and running routine reports through MS Access.
· Bond documentation check: a routine administrative compliance task, using MS Access
· Departmental process manuals: updating manuals, including updating those on the intranet and creating links etc. (Drafting of text would be through the Technical Manager)
· Adding/editing material on the Business Restructuring intranet site (Technical & Risk)
· Project Acceptance process: logging & reconciling Client Acceptance forms. (Another member of the team would be responsible for conducting the risk review and reporting as necessary.)
· Case review administration: run compliance operation of the case reviews - notification, logging, chasing, and reporting O/S reviews.
· Providing administrative support to the Technical & Risk unit.
· Additional work outside the Technical & Risk unit might be required.
