Full PA Support to 1 Senior Partner, 1 manager and 1 director - providing administrative, business and personal assistance within an accounting (Audit) business group
· Diary management
· Proactive management of partner schedules – planning ahead
· Co-ordinating meetings – both internal and external
· Organising international travel arrangements
· Minuting meetings - when required
· Booking rooms, ordering refreshments
· Organisation of senior management events including conferences, social activities and corporate hospitality.
· Ensure that all messages and information received are accurately recorded and promptly conveyed to the relevant person
· Maintain and update data on Relationship Management System (RMS)
· Use of FMS (Financial Management System), produce invoices
· HR support - organising staff appraisals
· Identify personal training needs and ensure that the appropriate training takes place
· Audio and copy typing of general correspondence for partners [and managers]
· Filing and maintenance of subject files
· Attend internal meetings:- secretarial, RMS and others
· Keep up to date with services provided by the firm
· Organising meetings and correspondence to some very large clients
· Assistance to associated managers when required.

· Potential support with marketing team
