Opportunity to join a small but growing team and gain experience of the full range of corporate finance work from transaction support to mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
Key Responsibilities
–Production of due diligence and working capital reports;
–Production of short form reports for reporting accountant assignments;
–Production and analysis of projections, models and business plans;
–Analysis of financial information and identification of key commercial issues;
–Drafting of information memorandum;
–Research on targets, potential purchasers and sectors.
Skills, Qualities and Experience
–Newly qualified accountant;
–Strong knowledge of Word and Excel. Knowledge of Powerpoint useful;
–Strong communication skills both written and oral;
–Would suit a confident, articulate individual able to work flexibly and on their own initiative
