Description
We are looking to recruit a Sales Centre Manager for the Southampton site to drive sales forward and develop a team of Customer Sales Advisors.
You will be responsible for achieving order capture deadlines and motivating a team of Customer Sales Advisors. You will contain costs to within the depot targeted levels with particular emphasis on areas impacting on depot distribution costs. You will achieve and maintain professional standards of customer service and ensure depot service levels are met.
Previous experience in an indoor sales environment is essential together with previous supervisory experience. You will be self-motivated and have a desire to drive sales and achieve service level standards in this fast moving environment.
