You will be placing orders correctly on the computer, checking the call sheet and completing cancellations of dried and fresh products. You will familiarise yourself with and work within all the contract processes including contract deadlines. Use of the photocopier, fax machine and printers will be required.
You will posses a pleasant and confident telephone manner, the ability to communicate at all levels and basic keyboard skills. Although previous experience in a customer relations environment would be advantageous it is not essential as full training and back-up support will be provided.
