You will be dealing with any type of call inbound and outbound in a polite and professional manner, informing customers of potential problems with their deliveries (late deliveries, missing products), and changes in delivery times. Escalating information to relevant departments for further investigations as and when required and assisting and supporting the Tele Order team will form part of this role. You will undertake associated paperwork for all tasks completed.
You will possess an excellent telephone manner, be patient and understanding with a polite and professional approach. You will work well under pressure, be flexible and reliable and able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Previous customer services experience and PC skills are desirable but not essential as full training and back up support will be given.
