Description
Requirements
Essential:
A total of at least 3 years experience within 2 out of the following 3 areas:
1) generalist HR experience and exposure across the full employment life cycle, including but not limited to:
case management conflict resolution individual and collective consultation exercises
recruitment and resource planning
policy design, implementation and review
TUPE, mergers and acquisitions
management information design and measurement
international secondments.
2) organisational design and development including:
experience of implementing change management at a senior level
climate and culture change
3) supporting and coaching managers through change, or individual development
Experience of operating effectively within an internal consultancy model
Experience of managing major projects, or programmes
Commercial awareness of the key issues and opportunities facing the financial services industry, and their potential impact on AEGON UK.
