What we're looking for
We are looking to recruit customer-focused individuals who enjoy the challenge of working in a quality-driven Contact Centre.
You will enjoy talking with and solving customers' queries, and take pride in delivering exceptional service at all times to meet both business and customer expectations. You should enjoy working as part of a team and building effective relationships.
The role
These roles involve tasks ranging from simple requests for information to more complex customer queries (which will be passed to the appropriate administrative areas.)
Our customer base consists mainly of policyholders, Independent Financial Advisers, or our branches, and the role will be very telephone-based, taking between 60 and 90 calls per day.
We provide our customers with a quality and professional one stop shop facility. You will be part of a team, striving to meet challenging yet reasonable targets which place emphasis on quality just as much as quantity.
Friendly team competitions and social nights out also help to make the Contact Centre environment a lively one.
There will also be the opportunity to study for professional qualifications.
