This position provides operational leadership to a team of Accounting and Business analysts providing financial management guidance and reporting to the EMEA Operations management team.
Responsible for effective financial planning and business development information ensuring TCPS has close control of expenses and revenues and remains competitive in the market via effective pricing of services.
Develop and coordinate the execution of financial strategies and control processes, establishing timetables to link and coordinate planning elements to ensure all financial deadlines are met.
Lead and motivate a multi-disciplined team of Accounting and Business Analysts
Develop tools that assist operations management to improve their service levels and achieve the operational and financial goals of the group.
Ensure all financial controls are in place and adhere to audit guidelines – minimizing the potential exposure to TCPS. Provide pricing guidance/assistance during negotiation/tenders for new and existing business.
Manage monthly reviews of month end expense results, collate variance commentaries. Review all results with Senior management with the aim of highlighting potential risks and opportunities and reducing operating expenses.
Develop the Operations budget and forecast processes, interfacing with TCPS Finance in Salt Lake City and New York to ensure the integrity of the opex and revenue base is maintained.
Ensure accuracy of all TCPS Operational Accounts for Attestation purposes.
