Responsibilities Provide planning, structure and thought leadership for Blue Box airline partnerships. This includes joint ventures, portfolio acquisitions, distribution deals and co-brand cards, redemption cost, customer experience, etc.
Work closely with VP Airlines developing and implementing overall Airline Strategy for EMEA
Client facing meetings together with client managers conducting business reviews, renegotiate airline deals and solve other commercial issues
Actionable financial decision support and scenarios
High quality financial analysis for identification and assessment of potential partners, negotiation process, contract design and implementation.
Proactively identify optimization potential of existing deals and drive actions to improve results.
Work closely with all American Express business units, supporting existing initiatives and identifying / driving new Blue Box business opportunities
Jointly with VP airlines prepare senior management presentations on airline status, strategy or other relevant airline topics
Lead and drive various Pan-European initiatives and projects.
Together with VP airlines drive various types of client events and relationship building activities.

MBA degree
