Responsibilities • As a member of an international team supporting Talent Development in CSI, the Talent Development Manager (TDM) will be responsible for the identification and analysis of talent gaps, development of solutions and interventions and deployment of international Talent Initiatives.
• To provide Internal consultancy support to the American Express company in the area of Organizational Effectiveness and Workforce Planning. To act as a team member in large-scale change efforts that result in margin improvement, operating effectiveness, cost reduction and growth.
Be involved in large-scale change projects that evolve the American Express organization to drive a world class culture and business growth. Develop the case for change, research best practices and data and make informed recommendation as a basis for decisions. Develop change communications. Develop project plans. Lead discrete pieces of work or teams. Create Organizational designs.
Simplify HR / Organizational processes to generate margin improvement through productivity improvement. Conduct basic quantitative and considerable qualitative analysis. Conduct benchmarking studies. Apply creative thinking tools to expand potential solutions.
• Drive a talent agenda by enabling the development, and retention of high performance individuals on all projects.
• Contribute the creation of an International CSI Talent Development Strategy, then plan for and deploy talent initiatives across international working in partnership with regional TDM’s
• Communicate, influence and promote the standardization of talent development practices focusing upon measurable outcomes for all initiatives
• Deliver / facilitate development activity as required
Add significant value to cross – HR projects / teams as leader or team member
