Responsibilities All aspects of telephone reservations to include air, rail, car and hotel bookings. To provide travel advice including passports, visas, health and security. To work as part of a team but also to take responsibility for own quality of work and accuracy
Required Qualifications Good knowledge of travel products and ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.Good air fares knowledge and business travel experience would be an advantage.
