Description
Responsibilities This position is for the UK Graduate Programme Marketing Stream only commencing September 2006. New recruits will take part in three rotations, each of 6 months, across different lines of business. Each rotation will be in the Marketing Stream. These rotations are based in London, but candidates should be prepared to work in Brighton and Burgess Hill. Responsibilities will differ in each rotation according to the needs of the business and the work will be of a project nature. On completion of the final rotation the incumbent will transition to a more specific role within the Marketing Stream in the sponsoring line of business. Types of roles that could be available at the end of the Programme are - Business Development, Planning Analyst, Product Marketing, Client Communications, Interactive Marketing and New Product Development.
Required Qualifications Applicants must have a 2:1 predicted degree result ideally in Business Management, English, Maths or Economics related degrees.
Awareness of business development and conducting market research.
An effective team player and communicator.
An enthusiastic strategic thinker and planner.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
