Responsibilities Responsible for all functions relating to processing basic and supplementary card applications through to a final decision in compliance with international risk management rules, legal and busniess requirments. Responsible for approval/decline of applications that cannot be decided by company systems whilst adhering to the approval criteria to ensure that potential risks are indentified. Responsible for ensuring applications are accuratley captured onto the system.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for researching, investigating and quickly resolving telephone queries from internal and external customers therefore strong telephone and customer service skills are required. This position is mainly a telephone based role using ACD dialler to contact Italian customers.
Required Qualifications Knowledge of Globestar, CARE, GNA and ACD dialler is an advantage, however training will be given to the successful candidate
