Description
Responsibilities Overall responsibility for the management and development of a portfolio of key TC accounts with specific responsibility for:
- Protecting Sales revenue through the design and implementation of dedicated sales driving activity
- Developing and retaining profitable partnerships through the negotiation of strong commercial deals
- Developing key Strategic Partnerships to deliver against joint business objectives
- Day to day client servicing
The role is UK based although a willingness to travel will be required.
Principle Accountabilities:
- The ongoing day to day management of key clients across designated areas within EMEA
- The development of strategic relationships with our key sellers at all levels
- The protection and growth of sales revenues through the design and implementation of sales driving strategies and tactical marketing activity
- The renegotiation of multiple seller contracts to drive improved commercial returns
- The day to day liaison with key functions across the business (i.e. Operations, Risk and Distribution)
- The management/provision of relevant MI to enable ongoing tracking/benchmarking of key performance indicators
Required Qualifications - A highly motivated, results orientated and well rounded Client Management professional with a consistent and demonstrable record of success in relationship management and business development
- A strong commercial player with proven ability to negotiate ‘win-win’ deals
- An excellent communicator with outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- Fluency in at least one European language, in addition to English
- A creative, resilient and tenacious individual with a passion to ‘get things done’
- A commercially, culturally and politically sensitive individual, capable of building internal and external relationships across diverse markets
