Description
Responsibilities To deliver a quality foreign exchange service, (if Relief Team – across various regional locations) maximising the profitability to American Express whilst meeting and exceeding customer needs and maintaining and adhering to company compliance, controls and procedures.
Required Qualifications Educated to GSCE standard
-Excellent communication skills
-Ability to cope under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail/accuracy
-Flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a team or solo environment
-Strong numerical skills
-Experience of working in a cash handling environment
-Experience of working in a target driven environment
-Basic computer familiarity/literacy
-Good problem solving skills
-Meeting and exceeding customer expectations – previous customer contact experience essential
-Experience of working foreign currency / Bank, Building Society/Bureau background desirable
