Description
PURPOSE OF JOB:
The primary purpose of this job is to provide full administration support to Marketing and Sales team within the Business Unit. The progression of certain marketing projects as directed by the business unit may be required,
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES:
To work with agencies to set up meetings, organise material distribution, track etc as directed by the marketing team.
To monitor financial aspects of several GL codes.
To produce a monthly financial report for tracking purposes and quarterly spend rephased according to requirements
To set up meetings and congresses
To assist in setting up regional programmes/projects
To provide full administrative support to Marketing Manager and marketing team including diary management, managing the telephone for internal & external customers, letter writing, filing etc.
Tracking of job bags through the system
To actively support Marketing Manager and PM’s in defined projects.
To monitor and manage relationships with allocated KOLs and support Marketing Manager and PMs with organising Advisory Boards
To support the Product Managers on budget management involving regular meetings with each relevant team member
To liaise with Public Relations and assist with internal PR
Support of the marketing team in the initiation/ongoing management of specific tasks as required
Monthly expense tracking and monitoring
Full arrangement of all meetings including travel, information gathering and KOL liaison.
Assist in day to day management of workload for team
Co-ordinating activities between departments
Creating PowerPoint presentations
Maintaining awareness of team activities ensuring timely and appropriate action by the team.
Organisation of team meetings, minute taking and facilitating good communication between team members
Maintain holiday and absence log of marketing team
