Job Description
The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the delivery of projects of all types and sizes. The PM will be resident on projects and will be responsible for co-ordinating the resources and technical support allocated to him to ensure that the projects are delivered in a safe and timely manner within a defined budget. He maintains a joint responsibility for Health, Safety and Quality on site
Tasks & Responsibilities
Responsibility for Health and Safety on projects. The PM will ensure that regular Safety meetings and co-ordination meetings take place and are properly recorded.
Adequate reporting of Safety incidents and “near misses” both internally and externally as required to Client
Day to day management and support of reporting staff
Regular liaison with Client
Management of all aspects of projects including sub-contractors
To be resident on projects
To control costs and be aware of the financial status of the project
Supporting professional development of reporting staff
Attendance of Project Monthly meetings as required
