Job Description
To ensure the accurate and timely administrative support to the Telecom Warehouse Function.
Tasks & Responsibilities
To produce weekly usage & returns report for the Logistics Manager and consignment stocks
To liaise with Logistics Manager over usage and proposed consignment stock levels
Produce and review low stock reports from Mentor. Arrange purchase of required stock items and administer the purchase order process appropriately
Arrange purchase of sundry items and warehouse consumables and equipment
Purchase sundry stock or job specific items on receipt of full stock and price details from Eve Telecom Engineers
Maintain price data for each product code in Mentor
Input onto Mentor all new product details and ammendments to existing product code data
Run client or stock specific reporting from Mentor as required
At each month end review, close, clear, complete and delete or otherwise progress to a conclusion all purchase orders relating to purchasing for or through the Sherwood Point Warehouse that are more than one month old and which are no longer active
