Requirements
Minimum HNC in a lighting / electrical subject
At least ten years relevant street lighting design and maintenance experience
Project and financial management
Customer liaison including business development
Highways Agency procedures and/or standards particularly DMRB and MCDHW
Health and Safety legislation, particularly CDM Regulations
Computer Literate (e.g. Excel, Word, MS Project)
Keylights software
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate evidence of:
A confident and professional manner
Ability to show initiative and examples of creativity
A high expectation of performance for themselves and their group
Ability to work collaboratively in a complex matrix structure
Their team working style and approach to managing team motiviation
A proactive and intergrated management
