Job Summary
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Building Surveyor to join a developing team within the country’s leading multi disciplinary organisation to support its’ continued growth and success.
The right candidate will join a developing Professional Services team in Leeds and take on a challenging role that will include working on new and existing commissions for Central Government, Local Authority and Blue Chip Clients to provide all core BS services which will include:
Party Wall matters
General surveys
Design, Specification and Contract Administration
Building Pathology
The position is ideal for a proactive high achiever keen to enhance his / her surveying capabilities, fully develop their potential. Full support will be given towards achieving RICS APC.
