Minimum Requirements - Education and Experience
Essential:
Graduate.
Desirable:
Masters qualification associated with performance development, organisation development or HR.
CIPD qualified.
MBTI Accreditation.
Essential:
Experience of supporting and challenging stakeholders and business leaders.
Experience of working with a field based sales organisation.
Demonstrable track record in engaging with senior leadership teams.
Pharma experience.
Experience in L& D definition or design role or HR role.
Previous people and team management skills
Desirable:
Project management experience
Experience of delivering objectives to business clients on behalf of HR/L& D
