Roselodge house limits the commitment of stay by cancelling out the need for any signed tenancy agreement, concurrently we do not charge you ridiculous, unreasonable daily room rental charges. We give you a strict fixed weekly rate, this gives you the liberty to plan your life ahead without being bogged down by contracted 'minimum 6 months rent' or huge deposit fees.

No Tenancy Agreement – Stay as little as 1 week to 1 month or even longer. No Contract, No commitments, ideal for those looking for work and need somewhere temporary to stay while job hunting.

Flexible Rent Payment Rota –Pay weekly, every fortnightly, monthly, quarterly or annually. We cater to your circumstances and understand the benefits of offering a flexible rota.

Easy access to shops – 5 minutes walking distance to Lidl supermarket, 15 minutes walking distance to Adelaide shopping district where you will find major supermarkets like Iceland and Somerfields.

Small deposit fee - We only ask that you provide us with a key deposit of £25

Convenient access to public transport – Bus stop is opposite the house, literally a minute away from the house. Buses 30 and 31 stops close by the campuses of Newcastle College, Newcastle University and Northumbria University

Highly secured – we have a live-in management team that is always around if help is needed.

We require you to stay a minimum of 4 weeks in order to qualify for the 75 GBP per week rate displayed below - if you are considering to stay just a week, then look at the 1 week stay table.

Twin Room (2 Single Beds) : 130 GBP
Double Room (1 Double Bed) : 130 GBP
Triple Room (3 Single Beds) : 180GBP

We require 25 GBP key deposit per room rented, If you would like to use the
laundry and kitchen facilities
it is an extra 25 GBP per person

Twin Room (2 Single Beds) :from 120 GBP
Double Room (1 Double Bed) : from 120 GBP

* Secure Onsite parking – monitored by CCTV
* Student or Professional kitchen (use of our cookers, fridge, freezer, cutleries and cooking utensils included)
* Laundry room where there are 2 washing machines, a dryer and steam iron.
* Lounge area where there are a number of sofas and a 60 inch widescreen TV.
* Communal showers and toilets – shared among 3 - 4 individuals.
