1 ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM AT 340 POUNDS PER MONTH (ALL UTILITIES AND COUNSIL TAX INCLUDED)

1 room with private bathroom at 340 pounds per month (all utilities and counsil tax included). In detail: Currently, i live in this room and my contract ends at April 24 2007.The problem is that i have to leave Manchester ASAP. So i am looking for a professional to pass him the contract. You will have to stay at least for 2 months (up to April 24), but then you may extend the contract. The room is approximatelly 33 square meters and has its private bathroom (toilet, shower). Inside the room there is small fridge (this is mine, but I am willing to sell it to you at a low price if you take the room) and a double bed. The room is on B floor and you will have to share the kitchen. The house is about 4 minutes of walking from the nearest bust stop at Wilmslow road (where 142, 42 etc buses pass).
