Description
Virginia lodge Care home, Longtown near Carlisle, have an opening for a Night care assistant to join our CQC 3 star excellent rated care team.
Your duties will include assisting elderly residents during the evening, night and early morning period, whilst maintaining their privacy, dignity, respect and independence, following policies and procedures in line with the care standards act and also essential record keeping.
Experience is preferred but not essential as full training and Social care induction programme is available if required. NVQ training is also available for the suitable candidate.
You will be flexible and able to cover 40 hours over 4 nights Monday to Sunday with weekend work included. Shifts are from 10pm to 8 am.
Rate of pay exceeds NMW and is dependent on age and experience.
