Responsibilities
1.Protection of company security by maintenance of advances to clients within agreed CF credit policy and authority levels, thus minimising client bad debts and loss. Understanding of ACBS/SAM and credit risk including understanding of risk drivers, monitoring of triggers and use of appropriate corrective actions. Targets will be set for client reporting compliance.
2. Analysis of customer needs and identification of specific CTQ's with responsibility to meet or exceed these needs so maximising client life and retention. Targets will be set for client retention.
3. Working with entire business team (Originators, Analysts, Underwriting, Auditors) to assimilate deal information and structure deals including attendance at marketing events, initial meetings, due diligence, underwriting and deal closing.
4. Working with Portfolio Leader and Business Leader to ensure compliance with all required client visit and reporting requirements are met. Preparation of reporting / write up including presentation of transactions to senior management within London and CFS US as recommended.
5. Responsibility for maximising portfolio income generation in accordance with defined targets including the identification of opportunities for cross selling new CFS products and services and other GE products. Targets will be set for additional fee income generation.
6. Responsibility for work-out of under-performing clients, as appropriate, within the portfolio to include identification and implementation of appropriate strategies and co-ordination of any work-outs with insolvency practitioners with reporting of progress to senior management within London and CFS US.
7. Continual review of existing processes for digitisation and efficiency improvements, working with management team , quality and e Productivity as appropriate.
Qualifications
A solid understanding of receivables and Asset based lending experience is essential to this role.
A proven track record of implementing risk controls and systems, and of managing a growing team.
An understanding of GE Risk protocol is essential to this position.
Advanced financial analysis skills including an understanding of cash flow modelling and implications.
Strong customer focus and ability to negotiate at high levels is also a pre-requisite.A proven track record in managing high profile accounts, and being able to work closely in a small team, present to outside parties and negotiate with clients and professional advisors.
