Responsibilities
*Providing redemption figures upon request to either customers/clients.
*Dealing with written enquiries from borrowers/solicitors.
*Pass leads to outbound retention units.
*Producing correspondence to borrowers and third parties.
*Processing payments for closure of accounts.
*Calculating monies to be paid to solicitors.
*Refunding of overpayments on redemption by cheque or bank transfer.
*Processing claims for redemption upon death of a borrower.
*Confirmation of redemption figures when required.
*Dealing with telephone queries.
Qualifications
*Administrative experience.
*Good keyboard skills.
*High standard of written English.
*Good communication skills.
*Good telephone skills.
*Good customer service experience.
