Our current portfolio ranges from care homes to acute hospitals and we will look to you to direct your team to achieve aggressive growth targets. An in depth understanding and experience of the NHS sector, coupled with more than 10 years' experience at a senior level within a commercial business is essential. Knowledge of negotiating and implementing in the PFI market place will be advantageous.
Listed below are some of the Key Responsibilities
Develop a plan of implementation recommending necessary changes to achieve an increased commercial focus on business negotiation.
Effectively communicate to senior managers the plans and objectives.
Evaluate the financial analysis of current contract levels of profitability and recommend change as necessary.
Undertake necessary research and analysis to identify areas of business opportunity, both in established and new markets.
Compile a marketing plan in order to increase market awareness and penetration.
Through effective leadership, training and development of key customers and contribute to product innovation and service levels.
