Description
Service Delivery Managers, levels 1, 2 and 3. ISEB, SDM , DTW (drop the waffle)
We have vacancies at all three levels. The people we’re looking for are:
Forthright and clear-headed leaders with ISEB Accreditation in Service Management and at least 2, 5 and 8 years experience of managing teams of 50 – 150 people.
Our ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers who put the customer first and are competent to the SDM level appropriate to the post.
At every level, Fujitsu SDMs spend 100% of their time on four key challenges:
Delivering impeccable service
Monitoring performance and meeting contracted SLAs is only part of this. Fujitsu SDMs also contribute to continuous improvement of service standards and place increasing customer satisfaction at the top of their priorities.
Developing relationships and building teams
Understanding the customer’s business and working closely with customer management. Managing and motivating staff and other suppliers who are in service partnership with Fujitsu.
Innovating and improving productivity
Stimulating discussion and developing new approaches to service delivery in partnership with staff and management. Measuring productivity, developing and trialling ways to improve this.
Growing and transforming the business
Actively seeks and develops opportunities for new business, increased service penetration and additional revenue streams by maintaining good relationships with customers and understanding their business and objectives.
