We are currently recruiting staff for various roles within our regional call centres. Successful applicants will join call centre teams where they will be the primary point of contact for specified customers and will be expected to provide professional advice, guidance and support in line with our contractual arrangements. A commitment to continual learning and the ability to work professionally within a Team environment is a must for any position within Call Centres.
Job Outline:
This is an entry level position in Call Centres within which y ou will be the first point of contact for a specified customer and will be expected to utilise the tools and knowledge made available to you in order to process or resolve the issues and requests reported to you by the customer in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for the management of all issues recorded by you within the Call Management Database and will be expected to follow all problems through to conclusion.
