Our real estate investment requirements
* Complete buildings
*Distressed and vacant opportunities will be considered
*On and off market transactions where there is potential to implement a 'value added' strategy
*Key focus on lot sizes between £0.5m to £2m
*Preference for towns with a population of 20,000 and above
*We are happy to consider partnership or funding roles
*Our current portfolio comprises a range of different types of property; however we have a focus on town centre retail locations .
