Hi there,

I’m looking to share our rehearsal room with a responsible and committed band./producer.

There are no time restrictions and you can come and go as you please. The studio is located in a dedicated live music and production building that’s a 5 minute walk from Bermondsey overground station and there is also free parking on site. The studio is soundproofed and there are no noise limitations. There is a rehearsal room and a control room for recording.

We currently pay £800 a month for this space all inclusive. We need to use the space Monday to Wednesday only. We are flexible with how much rent you want to pay depending on how often you’d like to use the space.

The most important thing is that you can leave your gear in the room and you never have to use shabby guitar amps and drums that other non permanent rehearsal rooms offer. You can also use this space to record your own music.
